About the name: Hussar was a light cavalry unit of the army of Medieval Hungary,
formed in the 15th century. Later, it became very popular in Europe and
it was found in almost every army of the continent.
Hussar is the hungarian name of knight chess piece.

Hussar is a chess engine running under Windows operating system.
It has no own GUI, so you will need to download a GUI.
I suggest Arena, which was my test GUI. (http://www.playwitharena.com/)
Hussar supports the UCI protocol.

Hussar v0.3 plays Chess960.
You have to give the sign of castling in this mode.
- Classical (O-O-O, O-O. for example Arena uses this.)
- UCI (e1a1, e1h1. for example, Shredder Classic GUI does.)

You can weaken Hussar.
(Skill = n , where n is an integer from 1 to 12.
The weakest is Skill = 1, the strongest is Skill = 12.)

You can change the draw score. (default is 0.)
It is used for eval of repetition draw, 50-move rule draw and stalemate.
